NV cuvee in honour of the founder of the house, made from 70% chardonnay, 30% pinot noir. Mix of vintages 2009 and 2010, bottled in 2011 and 6 years sur lattes. Beautiful and lively acidity, I smell some flowers and apples. True to type #champagne.
