Carneros Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a nice big cab that's great for that special dinner. Great complement to beef and lamb. Full fruit and ripe tannins. If you're a cigar lover, it'll make you want one after your meal along with your favorite mellow after dinner drink. Superb.

Blackberry, black cherry, cassis, raspberry, eucalyptus, mossy earth, oak and hints of dried sage. Good structure and well-integrated tannins.

2012- not bad for a mid- weight cab. But not super exciting.

Started nice, fruity with cherry bouquet. Then somewhat dissipated. 2012.

Pretty cut and dry Cab here. I'd say it's on the dryer side, not as complex but good. Mid fruitiness nothing overly sweet. I'd imagine it's best aged a bit, it's a little acidic young.

Aromas of dark plum and black cherry with the bite of sour cherry. Smooth.

$17 a glass at a restaurant is too pricey.

Very pleasant. In Vancouver CA and first time trying this. Like it much!!
