Really enjoying this... blackberry, plum, and blackcherry. Just a touch of over ripe fruit, opulent in style. French oak brings cardamon, clove, vanilla, tobacco, and cedar. Acidity of the Sangio carries the palate, with great definition. Cherry over dark berries. No rush if you want to short term cellar, as the chalky tannins linger, but very enjoyable now. Super solid IGT. (70% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet)
