Ònix Clàssic Priorat Cariñena Garnacha

Stewed black fruits, polished tannins. Simple, but delicious.

Vintage 2013 - a lot of concentration, rich, vannila, enormous potential

A really expressive wine from Priorat. Fruity with a lot of black pepper, but not syrah. Just carignan and garnacha, with samsó, mazuelo. Very easy to drink, despite 14.5 alchol, very well integrated.

Garnacha y Carignan. It's made by a cooperative of local producers, and the price is very interesting: €8,50 at the wine shop. Very good. #DWCC

Dark fruit and spice. Really loved the expressiveness and minerality. Aromatics were rocking on day 2

Rosemary, chocolate, deep plum, raspberry, red roses, smoky clays. There is a cedar-plank-on-grill and graphite with black currant, black cherry, oolong, saffron, and orange bitters, but with plum interwoven tightly.

Very very good. I like it a bit chilled
