Tonight's fair is a Chardonnay from Washington. The aromas are of apple, lemon, vanilla and Carmel. On the palate the good fruit of green apple, lemon zest, butter and vanilla. There is a good acidity and a smooth mouth feel. This was bought for $10.99. Not bad at this price point.

We had this with BBQ really thick pork chops sautéed in garlic infused olive oil. Like people have commented on, the wine was nice and buttery and not harsh at all. Don't over chill it. Pretty darn good wine!!!
