Day 2 - ripe pear, golden apple, yellow flower, with oak flavors or toast, cream brûlée, and butterscotch. A touch ripe for my taste, but restrained from overly extracted. Acidity is there holds this in check, as pear and apple fruit are ripe and a touch flabby on the palate. Solid week-night chard especially if you favor a new world style.

Feb 11th, 2019It was ok. Not a wine that I would pick up normally. It was crisp with STRONG pear, which I wasn’t a fan of. Great with simple salty charcuterie.
