William Hill Estate Winery
North Coast Sauvignon Blanc
Light straw in color with a golden hue.
Nice nose of cat's pee, lemons, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, bitter almonds, spices, herbs and grass.
Light to medium bodied with medium plus acidity, refreshing and crisp.
Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, gooseberry, grapefruits, green apples, white pepper, biter herbs, spices and black pepper.
Medium plus on the finish with grapefruits and almonds.
A nice Sauvignon Blanc from California. Simple and refreshing when very chilled. Crisp with a tangy finish. Drink now.
Enjoyable by itself or with food. I paired it with a seafood dish.
13.1% alcohol by volume.

Mmmm very delicious notes of peaches and citrus. Good way to end a beautiful and relaxing weekend. Will go very nice with my chicken Marsala. Cheers!

Apr 2nd, 2017Very crisp flavor. Not too bitter. One of my favorite Sauvignon Blancs so far.

Jul 9th, 2020The dry, fresh-mowed bell ringer is up front. It takes you to a mineral slope, with a quick dive, and finishes with a robust citrus bomb. Recommend. Dinner with Joanna. Wild caught Alaskan sockeye salmon, to be served on a pesto-charged pasta.
