But this wine had the dark golden hue yet no pre ox. Very fresh and gorgeous
Like the best WS chards - this tastes nothing like typical California Chardonnay and is more like a chateaunuef de pape Blanc
Fantastic melon and stone fruit flavors.
Minimal oak and a good acidity that gives you a bit of heat / alcohol but not too much.
Really enjoyed this wine with salmon and caviar.

Jan 25th, 2025Really enjoyed this wine. Good touch of oak and sweetness. Moves quickly into some peach and pear flavors with acidity to avoid a buttery or bomb flavor to it. Air contact helped it express more of the finesse. Very good
