One of two bottles with sushi, and this one beat out the other favorite. Dark, elegant color. Berries and forest floor. Delicious.

This wine screams “cherries!” ....red and black cherry with notes of cola and hints of allspice. Opens beautifully and still has tannic backbone. Structure and good mouth feel. A beautiful Pinot.

Terrific fruit forward, yet a lingering earthy theme throughout, Pinot from Northern California!

A bit fleshy with lower acids than you'll find in a better vintage -- but a strong example of 2008 nonetheless.

The 2008 is tasting very good on the second day. Probably a bit too long for this 08. The RCCola notes are a bit more noticeable. Note from 5 February 2015
