Probably the best Unoaked Chardonnay I’ve had from California. So delightfully perplexing is the depth the balance the complexity and that deceptively subtle toasted oak flavor. Got a lot to offer on the nose and on the pallet and amazing acidity from a stellar vintage, aged incredibly well

Lemon custard and crystalline acidity. A touch frizzante, but this blew off quickly.

Pop and pour. A smashing light gold color. On the nose: Asian pear, nutty, pineapple, hint of lemon, honeysuckle. Taste: fresh, bright, slightly creamy wine with big sliced green apples, lemon, mineral, pear, crushed rocks and a nice long dry finish.

Light and crisp, adequate acidity to go with roasted Halibut. Good white in the winter!

One of my favorite Chards to date; that's from someone who hates Chardonnay. Stainless beauty.
