Lovely light perfect lunch wine. Lemon fresh. The world needs more wines like these!

Super interesting french colombard. Light, but with good body and structure. Do it! Still with screeching acidity.

Lovely. Parmesan encrusted tilapia, sautéed string beans with fennel, and sautéed pattypan squash, radishes, and candy onion. Sounds crazy, but it was all delightful.

You never see Colombard bottled by itself. It used to be popular a million years ago. Colombard can be a terrific blender, light and tropical. So was this wine. It had a lot of lemon notes, perfect for a big plate of seafood.

Winemaker Yannick Rousseau pays homage to his homeland Gascony by elevating the often maligned Colombard grape into a deliciously charming and elegant wine. Light, lively and #refreshing with notes of grapefruit peel, fresh chervil and lemongrass, it is true lunch wine perfection.
