A Blend of 97.5% Viognier and 2.5% Grenache Blanc. Aromas of ripe sweet stone fruits and mineral notes. On the palate apricot, peach and honeydew flavors on a good acidic structure. The finish lingers with plenty of minerality on the ending.

Apricot and pear are reserved and overshadowed by minerals early, but the fruits explode after an hour or so. Becomes intensely aromatic. Has a nice acidity and a medium-heavy weight to it.
