Dark ruby color. Nose is floral, rose, red fruit and some strong cedar. High acid, astringent and tannic upon opening. Better after 2 hours of air. Pepper, tart dark fruit. This will improve with age. — 2 months ago
Simple, but delicious dolcetto enjoyed with some pepperoni pizza. — 2 months ago
Golden color. Pear, stone fruit on the nose. Good amount of acidity. Taste of apples. — a month ago
Pale red, almost like dark pink. Light in style. Sour cherry on the nose. Medium to medium plus acidity. Tastes like raspberries, evolving to more earthy with a hint of dark fruit with some air. As somebody mentioned - elegant. — 2 months ago
Good acidity, on the fuller side of riesling tastes a little off dry. Tropical fruit, petrol notes, a touch of honey. — 2 months ago
Medium ruby color. Good amount of acidity, crushed cherry on the nose with some funky note to it. Not overly complicated, but a delicious Pinot with lingering finish. — 3 months ago
Juicy, simple and crowd pleaser. Did not remind me of Southern Rhone blends. — 2 months ago
Medium ruby color with slightly garnet rim. Dark berry and plum on the nose. Medium acid, tannins are softened but still present. It benefited from decanting. Tastes like dark fruit, dark chocolate, graphite, reminded me of some Bordeaux bottles. — 2 months ago

Decanted in the glass for 30 minutes, with bottle open during that time and later. The best wine experience so far. I tried it before on a tasting and was not impressed. Brioche, toast, citrus, apple and racing acidity were still present in my mouth after 2 minutes of taking a sip. I prefer to drink it the way I described at the beginning vs straight from the bottle that was standing in ice. — a month ago
