Consistent notes from my last experience, exactly 365 days ago...Such unplanned timing!

Nose has fresh papaya, freshly washed lemon, under-ripe white peach and cold butter or candle wax.

Palate has waxy yellow apple, coconut, white mushroom, fresh sage and light green herbal notes, faint peppery finish.

I wish I had more patience, or looked at my notes before opening another bottle, oh well. This wine would appreciate another 5 years, drink future bottles at around 2023+. — 5 years ago
