Dark ruby color. Aromas and flavors of raisins, dried figs and prunes. Pallet was also a bit sour. I think this one was a bit over the hill.

Medium body wine. Sour cherries, licorice, earthy tones, tabacco. Acidic upfront that fades with medium tannins.

Obviously still a baby, but more than enjoyable once decanted for a couple hours. Gorgeous tannins, red fruit, chalky texture.
