So, this is Agathe’s top cuvée of Sylvaner (which I’ve heard is one of her favorite grapes) grown in the Grand Cru “Zinnkoepfle” — the problem in Alsace is that Sylvaner is not considered a “noble” grape, and thus this wine is “Eminence” rather than identifying the vineyard site. With that said, spicy aromatics, floral and ripe white stonefruit aromas and flavors, great acid balance adds depth and complexity, super fine Alsatian Sylvaner!! — 8 months ago
Basket of fresh black and red fruits, smoky notes, roasted, charcoal, pepper, violet. The nose suggests a little residual sugar, except it will turn out to be very dry in the mouth. Supple and beautiful creaminess, the texture in the mouth is beautiful. Côte-Rôtie style. Superb for its price.
— 2 years ago

Spice, floral, lychee, this vintage has taken on some weight since last I tried it 20 months ago, medium-long finish, this goes very well with the stir fry my wife served tonight!! — 3 months ago
