This is a dark wine. It looks dark, smells dark and tastes dark. The nose brings blackberry, plum, coffee and black tea. There is very little oak in the aroma package, if any. The palate shows dark fruit as well, with a clean and healthy tannic structure. The finish is not terribly long, but it is juicy and flavorful. — 3 years ago

Third tasting of 2017 over a year and a half. First observation: this wine improves every time! For the rest, we are on a, jammy, peppery, moka, with fine floral notes. Wine from Morocco by an artisan winemaker from the Rhône, in the style of St-Jo or Croze over-vitamin.

Pour le reste, on est toujours sur une Syrah, compotée, poivrée, moka, avec de notes fines florales. Cute flower tall bottle. Color is pure pink. True rosé. Smells like mineral water infused with berry essence. Flavors are juicy and bright. Faint strawberry, melon side, slight citrus. And grapes. Hint of grape juice without sugars. This is dope rosé. Good for all day or that special day. Nice pairing with taco salads. — 3 years ago

Delicious fruit forward red. The vineyard is on its third generation. Well ran with lovely wine choices.
The grapes are Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault, and Carighan. Still young but drinkable. Dark berries, not especially dry, but juicy, and lush. — 7 years ago
