Finally made it to the Italian Alps! Carne salada e Pinot Nero! First wine of this 7 day mini trip to the Trentino region. Cheers🍷 — 4 years ago
Old Nebbiolo nose with sour cherry on palate for first two hours, then rose and red fruit for next hour, then as it was just hitting its stride it was gone - we finished it. Next time need to be more patient, if I’m lucky enough for a next time. Purchased from Walker Wines who has great old Nebbiolo offerings. — 5 years ago
This wine made from the Nosiola grape was a pleasant surprise and a delightful wine This 2016 vintage was drank in June 2024 at 8 years was nicely balanced between dry and sweet. It was crisp with a lingering taste of stone fruit. Look forward to tasting this wine again. — 5 months ago
Yellow straw color. The nose really citrusy, floral with hints of crushed gravel and subtle note of petrol. On the palate bright and crispy, notes of green apple, lemon zest, petroleum. The finish quite acidic and precise. Really nice companion for pizza and pasta. — 2 years ago

Love it when older bottles don’t disappoint. Not the 64 Monfortino, for sure, but not a slacker. — 2 months ago
