2021 vintage. A bit light in terms of concentration. I know this producer is usually a soft touch but there wasn’t any touch to speak of. 01.09.25. — 6 days ago
PnP. Much better than expected. Dark red color. Integrated dark cherries and oak. More expressive and bolder than previous bottles. Medium depth. Still overpriced, but not a disappointment. — 4 months ago
Another great btl from a vintage I have had many times. This was fresh and drinking much younger than its age with red, black fruits, currant, cedar, leather, earth, sweet spices, tobacco & cigar ash — 2 months ago
1hr+ decant. Dark purple color. Cedar, mint, and anise on the nose. Tamer on the palate with dark cherries. Lovely texture but medium minus depth. Short finish. The best of the Sequoia Grove single vineyard cabs, but still overpriced. — a month ago
1hr+ decant. Lovely nose of cedar, cherries, and licorice. Somewhat astringent on the palate, but nice. Medium depth and finish. Paired well with Turkey! — 2 months ago
