Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2022 pours a pale coral color with a transparent core; medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with a refreshing mix of tart and ripe red fruits; strawberry, watermelon dry underbrush, red flowers, and wet stone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry; tannins are light with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and saline. Lovely texture. This continues to be a benchmark for rosé. Birthday year wine for me! Might not be the best Tig vintage, but nothing to scoff at. The ‘88 is getting to be almost last prime, this time bottle showing well. Rusty red with strong aromas of cigar box, leather, and pencil shavings. Drinks slightly thin, and im not getting much fruit. Still, it’s tasty and a special vintage to me. — 7 months ago

2019 Ridge Lytton Springs is a classic California field blend. It is made up of 73% Zinfandel, 16% Petite Sirah, 9% Carignane, and 2% Mataro. The vineyard is located in Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County. Dark red fruit on the nose with a bit of spice. Brambly intense fruit on the palate. Supple tannins. Really nice acidity and a lengthy finish. Drinks well now and will likely be even better in a few years. — a year ago

Light golden color. Interesting aromas of lemon zest, apricot, honey and toasted nuts. More green apple and pear on the palate with additional notes of lemon/lime snd minerals. 6 person cab tasting first place votes and tied for first votes from the land down under this cab was very impressive loads of complexity here especially for the price chocolate covered berries on the front with a earthy middle and a spice finish not the loudest flavors but lots of them great complexity definitely something good going on in south Australia — 8 months ago

On the nose: big perfumed savory notes of sweet tobacco, potting soil, cedar, dark fruit, smoke, and vanilla. Taste: smooth, soft, velvety, balanced wine with dark plum, cedar, spice, bitter chocolate, tobacco, saline, and a nice long dry finish with some slightly grippy tannins....drinks well, and still time to go. — a year ago

Decant for sediment and pour(decent chunky/fine sediment). A remarkable murky magenta color with bricking. On the nose: beautiful nose of stewed black fruit/currants, floral, herbaceous, burnt embers, spearment. Taste: classic old school Napa, juicy, balanced, savory wine with dark cherry, baking spice, smoke, sweet tobacco and a nice long earthy cocoa finish. YUM!
