80% Malbec 20% Cabernet Franc. Berries and plum aromas. Complex tonalities of chocolate and plum flavors. β 4 years ago
Very Barossa style but Argentinian Malbec-Cabernet franc blend. Jammy, dark berries with liquorish with bit of tar. 20-30 seconds in length for this fruit π£. Definitely worth while trying. anyone has a suggestion for great Argentinian reds? I am in the discovery mode and I have to go there soon. β 7 years ago
Delish but needed to open up more. Drank it a few minutes after opening. Dark, rich plum color, hints of pepper and oak, mineral aroma. β 4 months ago
Soft and easy drinking for sure. Had with steak and chimichurri. β 4 years ago
Really enjoyable wine with a good smoothness. Lots of cherry and a hint of liquorice on the nose. Decanted and paired really well with a chicken tikka biryani. Berry, hint of spice and plum. β 6 years ago
Bought in Healdsburg. Excellent β 2 years ago
Nice and mildly fruity. Not too intense like a cab β 3 years ago
Nice cab, nose of red fruit, bright acidity and smooth tannins, not too heavy. We were just having a malbec which was a bit nicer (Expresivo by BenMarco) but this was a good wine. Slight medicinal, minty taste β 5 years ago

Lush, opulent, succulent, seductive CS of Mendoza! Additives of 6%Merlot and 4%CF.
Macerated 25 days, then aged 11 months in 50% new French oak barrels and 50% second use American oak barrels.
Deep ruby dress, brownish purple rim.
Powerful attack by spicy black currant aroma, then tons of vanilla, evolved to cappuccino with cinnamon, crushed black pepper, blackberry/bilberry jam. Touch of basil, worn leather & wet peat.
Generous nearly full-bodied palate with well-integrated acidity & lovely velvety tannins. Flavored by black currant, saskatoon, blackthorn, blackberry, vanilla cake, smokey black cherry and spices (coriander, allspice).
Baked dark berries (plum, black cherry, blue fig) with decent savory/spicy note on mouthwatering finish.
Was finely paired with grilled pork chops. β 9 years ago

Another solid vintage of this Argentinian Cab. Dark ruby color. Aromas of dark berry fruit, fresh herbs and charcoal. Flavors of blackberry and black currant fruit with additional notes of black olives, delicate spices and those fresh herbs. Juicy and rich with some chewy tannins, but nothing over the top. Medium-plus body. Solid. β 22 days ago
