Beautiful floral and oily fore pallet that gives volume without sweetness. Finishes crisp and clean. Slight bit of sweet grass with pomelo dominating. Great mouthfeel for a floral white. Compliments all food. — 4 years ago
An interesting Viognier probably a little past prime. A little dusky on the nose. Smelled like lemon air freshener in a YMCA locker room. This did improve as it warmed to room temp. Definitely full bodied with some crushed rock and pumice stone. Meyer lemon and orange blossom. Nice little wine, but guessing it had quite a bit more acid 3 years ago than it did today. — 6 years ago
This is actually 100% Zinfandel sourced in collaboration with Bokisch Vineyards in Lodi, California. A fully certified green based on the farming sustainable practices from Old vines (+100 years) which provides a nice fruit-forward style Zin, long but not overly sweet and lingering finish. Plummy, dark cherry and some raisins too. Vanilla and some toasted notes were present. Very approachable. — 2 months ago
Underground shit. Single barrel of Lodi Tempranillo 44 months in neutral oak. Cedar and tart and complex. Turning creamy and peppery with air. Basically a Gran Reserva Rioja from Lodi California. Great with grilled lamb. — 5 years ago
Yum. Plum, cherry, cocoa, a hint of leather. — 3 years ago
Very impressed with this old vine Zin. Nicely balanced, appropriate oak. — 5 years ago

Cork busted into a million little pieces. Very dark color still at this stage. Smells like berries. Black and huckleberry. Flavors are deep and elegant. Fresh despite the age. It’s hot plenty of molasses and licorice/anise stuff. This is amazing still after all these years. Complex and fruit driven. Like really good black colored berries (cassis, blackberry, and huckleberry). Tasty, tart and delicious. — a month ago
