2016/3/8 at Wine Sellar & Brasserie, San Diego. My first time trying this producer. Seems more new world style, fruit generous, lower on acidity (perhaps due to vintage). It does have a good integrated sense of terrior though. Very easy drinking, very enjoyable. — 9 years ago
This is a really good Belgium Ale. I will be buying some in the near future. — 9 years ago
Ok IPA by St feuillien. I guess dry hopped, with the typical yeast taste that has a little dirty, rotten edge to it. — 5 years ago

Soft, fruit sweet but also peppery, killer brasserie wine — 6 years ago
Enjoyed with parents and good friend at Brasserie by Niche. Parents were not overly impressed but I thought it was not wanting for anything. Very elegant. Opened ahead of time and decanted for about 45 min. Much more open than a few years ago and no need to hold longer. — 7 years ago

Deep purple. Black licorice on nose. Plums, currants, violet. Nice acidity. Had with Brasserie French onion soup and roast chicken. Making room in the cellar. — 4 years ago
