Glinty golden. Sage and olive blossom, lemon bread, orange nano-lade, yellow biquinho, baked apple, white plum, cactus flower. Big caper in a big round mouthfeel with fennel, baked lemon, baked gooseberry, baked table grape, lime peel and pith, soft grapefruit and tarragon. Really a smooth and round wine with a sensuous nature finishing with grapefruit and lemon piths.

Key lime, prickly cactus, white flower, sweet citrus acidity. — 4 years ago
Nose of cranberry, raspberry, slightly peppery smoke and a hint of Halloween mask latex over a pale red peach, and slightly rusty color and a surprisingly light body. For a 6 year old wine the acidity is still sharp, tart and gently tannic, with a surprising freshness in ripe red fruits, deep rose florals and gentle tannins. As the wine opens, the nose and palate blossomed, into a bouquet of rose, wet dark stone, a bit of dried cactus bramble, a hint of mushroom and crushed ripe red fruit. Oof, delicious. — a year ago
Bright cellars. Loved it. — 3 years ago
Slightly relabeled (“Prickly Pearadise”) but the same stuff inside. Bright pink, big bubbles, no cactus spines, 5.3% alc/vol. slight floral aroma, fruity prickly pear flavor with a light appley (malic) finish. Good acid, no added sugar. Not their favorite cider for me, but still pretty damn good. If you must show neon pink in what you drink, this might be the only drinkable option out there; just saying — 4 years ago
I could drink a whole bottle of thus — 3 years ago
Smells like a fresh sea breeze, cactus/ aloo vera, tastes of almost a ghostly pear schnapps, and highly refreshing — 3 years ago
Ripe red fruit characters. Gripping tannins - tastes a bit like a ferment still - delicious — 4 years ago

floral, a little spicy, very dry. Maybe projection, but I notice the cactus water and it’s pleasent. Good and unique IPA. — 9 months ago
