Phenomenal wine with intense flavor concentration dominated by secondary bio characteristics and elevated with vibrant salinity and subtle oxidation. Prominent texture and body differentiates it from others in its class. An outstanding wine that I’ll be buying again! $24.99/375ml — 7 months ago

See 4 previous notes on Delectable for the 2015 Primavera. This is my last bottle. The whole bunch stalky elements have toned down in the last few years. More balanced with the red fruits. Perhaps that was Steve Flamsteed’s plan and it needed to be cellared for at least 9 years.? — 4 months ago
Atlantic Ocean, lite...Notes tomorrow?
192H Update:
Nose has fully saturated oak plank, moist almonds, incredible sweet & saline notes, fermenting green apples, white chocolate bar, white candle wax and fresh yellow apple slice. Palate has almond broth (does that exist?), dried yellow apple, chamomile tea, moist bread, faint green olive (?) with mild saline finish, faint acidity. Damn I do not drink enough Manzanilla! — 3 years ago
Darker and more brooding than Primavera. More structured. Plums, cherries, lilac and dried strawberries. Blood/iron notes. Classic — 4 years ago
Strawberry and a sour savoury note on the nose. High pitched red fruit with a slightly medicinal character. Good weight and concentration on the mid palate. Some wood spice. Solid without being showy. — 5 months ago
Light and poppy. Was perfect with tortellini in brodo — a year ago
