Aged 12 Years Single Malt Irish Whiskey

This stuff is dangerous. Smooth, light on the tongue, but not simple. A light gold color, some kind of melon note and vanilla flavors. Great at this price; points for cost/benefit ratio. At Cory's in the freezing cold. — 4 years ago

Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2022

Pale ruby in color; candied cherries, dried herbs, and raspberries on the nose; medium minus acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like hibiscus, cloves, and dried leaves with a long finish. Nellie, Leo, and Bri don't like it. I like it. — 3 months ago

Porongurup Riesling 2016

Tasted blind, presented by Sue Bell. I picked Riesling, Australian and missed Porongurups WA. A brilliant Riesling made by Rob Diletti at Castle Rock WA. Lovely aromatics of Musk and Bath Talc. At 5 years the acid had settled and the citrus was going towards stone fruit. Really enjoyed this. — 4 years ago

Castello di Amorosa

Il Brigante Red Blend

Tastes like the wines I had in Tuscany. Bought it at the winery. Had a wine tasting there with all their wines. Well worth the trip. Beautiful castle. 2017 vintage. — 6 months ago

Porongurup Shiraz 2017

Consistent notes from a year ago when we visited the winery in Porongurup WA and spent a wonderful hour with Owner and winemaker Rob Diletti. I love these cool climate peppery Shirazes. Should leave having the next one for a couple of years. — 4 years ago
