Guess I had this vintage 70 weeks ago, and I found another dusty bottle of this at my wine store. It’s just fantastic - so much life ahead. This is a generous wine, heavily extracted, just gobs of blackberry & cassis, licorice and vanilla - quite decadent. Big fleshy on palate, believe this had a good deal of Malbec in the blend. Has some finesse, well balanced and impressive length on finish. — 5 months ago
green apple on the bouquet, pale light yellow color, acidic green apple, pear, citrus, light on the way down with a smooth finish… maybe some apricot — 3 months ago
Delicious bottle that we purchased at small vineyard in hills near Cafayate.
Intense flavor…nice balance — 5 months ago
Deep ruby to purple in color; black cherries, black plums, and graphite on the nose; medium acidity high tannins; tastes like blackberry jam, blueberries, and clay pots with a long dark fruit finish. Nellie says it's not bad. I like it. — 6 months ago
Pleasant floral smell, refreshing with good minerality. Smoked salmon or oysters would be great with this. — 3 months ago
Cherry, raspberry, blackberry, mossy earth and oak. Full-bodied and soft tannins. — 4 months ago
Floral notes and citrus notes. Light and refreshing. — 6 months ago
Smooth, medium body, a bit dry on its own, rounds out nicely when paired with Chateaubriand. — 6 months ago
