2025 vintage. Third vintage, and even better than the excellent 2023 and 2024 vintages. More Rolle (aka Vermentino ) than before (81%), with 14% Sémillon, and 5% Clairette. White peach, pineapple, intertwined with floral impressions, a hint of fresh rosemary, and a distinctive mineral touch. In the mouth it displays juicy white fruit, impeccable purity, mouthwatering acidity, and a long saline finish. Abv. 13%. One of my favourite 20 euro whites. 8666 bottles produced. Combined with wild gambas, fennel, pistachio and mashed potatoes. — 17 days ago
