Very nice, not too high in tannin — 8 months ago
Darn solid for $37 at WTSO. An open, friendly style, the nose leads with dark berry ooze, coffee grounds, low-toned stony minerals, toasted baking spices. Rich and soft in the mouth, it’s got lots of dark, clingy fruit and dark earth notes, with a saline echo. Tannins are rich but buried in the voluptuous texture. Pretty decent acids. Not super complex nor an ager, this will be fun to drink with daubes (what I have on the stove) and the like over the next few years. — a year ago
Yet another exemplary wine from this co-op. Bloody and irony on the nose, some nice fruit underneath the primal elements. Very linear on the palate, medium body but great intensity of savory flavors. So soft and enveloping but without excess weight. Very nice acids. — 2 months ago

Absolutely gorgeous. — 3 months ago
Popped and double decanted to remove sediment (there’s quite a bit). Deeply fruity nose. Loads of dark berries, with deep cracked stone minerals. A bit of cured meat. The palate is much more savory than the nose. Liquid rock leads, but some crisp, dark berry fruit. Surprisingly nice acids. A fair amount of soft tannin. Long, clingy finish. Drinking very nicely now. Might be solid for a few more years, though I’m not sure it will improve much from here. Another really good wine from this top notch co-op. — 4 months ago

Vintage 2009 | Opaque colour. Closed smell at first. Some buttermilk tones. With air also plums, cherries, leather. And than as if the heaven opens: rondeur, silk, velvet mouth feeling, also distinguished. My gosh, this is good. — 2 days ago
