Rich jammy flavor. Good finish. I really enjoyed this wine. Very good value for the price. — 5 days ago
Pinot at its highest mark. Intense layers cherry, plum herbs. — a month ago
One of my favorites for the price!! Low sulfates, light and pairs with everything — 2 months ago
I usually am not one to run out to the grocery store and buy wine. But tonight, the wife and I were feeling lazy and wanted a frozen pizza and wine. I’ve seen this bottle before, but this was the first time I bought it. Vanilla forward, light and bright. Really a good bottle for $20 at food lion!! I’d most definitely buy again. — 13 days ago
Nice smooth lighter red. Would buy again. — a month ago
Dismissed by many as too jammy or too ripe, I’ve always thought this is the fun bottling. This ‘21 is no exception. Beneath the slightly over extracted ripe dark fruits lies quite complex aromas and flavors of figs, sweet spices, dark chocolate, smoke meat, and hint of balsamic. Rich palate but not overbearing. In a good vintage like ‘21, this can benefit for 5-8 years of bottle age.
My guilty pleasure. — 9 days ago
Maybe I’m not objective because of such fond memories of smelling this in the tank and tasting its two predecessors en barrique with Hubert on our honeymoon. But I can’t imagine this being any better than it was last night on our 25th anniversary. — 2 months ago

Deep purple in color; black plums, blackberries, wood smoke, and violets (I think) on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like black cherries, cardamom, wet slate and potpourri with a long finish. I love this wine. — 15 days ago
