Mystery Champagne. Glad I went for it. Even the non-Champagne drinkers are loving it. — 3 years ago
While the US bottling doesn't show a vintage I understand from the producers website that this is 2010 vintage wine. It has a much more powerful mousse than the Decotanne. The nose offers creme patisserie, apricot. The palate, while showing some.more evolved, oxidative tones is driven and fresh with a wonderful texture. After a couple of hours open, and at a warmer temp, this is much more interesting; hints of pistachio oil, roasting nuts, vanilla, some lactic notes and plenty of yeasty depth. Not a slander but it is like a delicious cream donut. — 4 years ago

Tart Granny Smith green apple aromas, tiny bubbles, leans towards the tart side, but very long, lingering finish, excellent Champagne!! — a year ago
