First Jura. Life changing! — 7 years ago
The waiter said: this is a food wine. But I loved it even before our plate was served. A white with a great sherry-like feeling! — 7 years ago
Hello everyone. I have opened and am enjoying the 2019 Domaine Cherrier Pére et Fils Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc.
Onnthe nose there is grapefruit, lemon/lime, green apple, white flowers, good minerality and wet concrete.
On the palate there is lime, green apple, white peach, a bit of salinity, minerality and wet rocks.
The wine is medium bodied very good balance with medium + acidity and a long clean fresh mineral finish. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. We are experiencing some very cold weather here in the Chicagoland area with lots of snow and more on the way. Please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — 4 years ago
This wine doesn't even know what to do with itself yet, but it's still crushing it! — 7 years ago
Lovely, fat, right up my street. This would probably age beautifully. — 8 years ago
