“Two plots in Perrières-Dessous, old vines, which still deliver well. Mulched to avoid ploughing. 30% new wood. Pale colour with a little yellow. While not expressing the detail, the bouquet demonstrates the characteristic and necessary weight of fruit. The body fleshes out further on the palate.
