Chilled and opened. Gradual aeration.

Full bodied and heavy for a Meursault. Lots of creaminess and oak. Quite delicious. Very smooth and balanced on acidity vs fruit and oak. No distinguishable fruit but very enjoyable.

Bought at cellar door and drinking this 2011 in 2017. Vibrant straw colour with pleasant bouquet of lemon with a twist of honey. A cleansing mouthfeel and precise but not over-powering lemon taste with a medium length finish. Classy not showy, it is an enjoyable wine. — 9 years ago
