2000: 15 year old CD-R villages tasting tasty. Dark and heady, black fruit, figs, raisins, chocolate, leather, meaty, some aniseed notes. Softened, no grip or acidity. Ready and open but complex, in the dried fruit spectrum, rum & raisin. — 11 years ago
Still fresh and vibrant. 2000 Vintage. — 12 years ago
Still tightly wound. This wine took about three hours decant to just begin to open up. The tannins need another year or two to integrate. After 3.5 houses the nose was singing with floral underbrush, tapenade, kirsch, and smoke. I want to try a bottle in two years. — 6 years ago
