Strawberry minerals off dry refreshing springtime dreamy rose pairing well with the salinity of seared scallops. Bottled a few months ago and super delicious. — 5 years ago

Entry-level dry Riesling from two vineyards: White Spring (on the western shore of Seneca Lake) and 16 Falls vineyards (on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake). Fermented in stainless steel. Green apple and citrus (lime) aromas and some floral notes. Refreshing, dry. Lemon and pineapple notes on the palate. Vibrant acidity. Lingering finish. Easy to drink, great value — 4 years ago

Cabernet Franc sourced from the Lamb’s Quarters vineyard on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake. Whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aromas of red fruit (raspberries), peppery notes, hints of graphite and black licorice. Bright red and dark fruit on the palate (raspberry, cherry, currant). Juicy, lively, good acidity — 4 years ago
Riesling by one of the region’s leading producers, a blend from multiple plots on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, the deepest of the Finger Lakes. Fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Clean, pure on the nose with green apple aromas and flavors. Bone dry, linear, mineral, slightly saline. Very refreshing and food friendly. Awesome value — 5 years ago
Wow. Dessert wines are some of my favorites! Vineyard almost lost a sale by doing a wine tasting with this being warm...which is a mistake. Glad my wife rocks and convinced me to buy a bottle anyways. Serve super cold after 24 hours in the refrigerator. Not sweet...semi-sweet. Definitely an impressive bottle. Dark berries and dark jam scents and taste. Smooth finish and jam like. Would recommend and buy again. — 6 years ago
