Nice Malbec. Good but not spectacular. — 8 months ago
Great now back… Enjoyed it in Buenos Aires. Great nose-color. Any nice finish. Will definitely have it again. — 2 years ago
Gorgeous number with ripe peach and pineapple. Full mouth feel with zippy finish. Lush and tropical. Lovely this! — 3 years ago
Black cherry, bramble, and pipe tobacco. Deep purple color but maintains some juiciness at a satisfying 13% abv. Certified organic from a single vineyard in the Valle de Uco. A project of famed Patagonian chef Francis Mallmann.
Not my go to, but an excellent affordable chili pairing on a cool Brooklyn night. Great packaging and QPR. — a year ago
Dark fruit nose that translates into the palate. Overall the taste is unusual with leathery notes and is a bit bitter. Doesn't taste bad but not for everyone. Some spice with the finish, which is of moderate length. $14 — 2 years ago
Another hit from Etienne Courtois. Can’t miss — 8 months ago
Other bottlings tasted more layered, I’d like to think, but for the peni-ultimate wine equivalent of salted caramel, this is it. Caramel not sweet at all,& the more fluid body from Palamino. Perhaps a tad too salty- but who doesn’t like salted caramel? 375ml bottle. Kinda cool how many deals are to be had in the Barbadillo line up. — 10 months ago
