Opens with hints of lime and sea breeze on the nose, this wonderful white is fruit driven and finishes with a zippy saline finish. Takes me back to watching the sunset over the cliffs in Positano! — 4 years ago
Cliffs notes from the back label: sustainably farmed, hand harvested, whole cluster, wild yeast, extended maturation on lees. Bright and lemony, tastes like village style burgundy except it’s from the north Island of NZ. $20. — 5 years ago

You can count on consistently solid Syrahs from Cascade Cliffs. Super fruit forward with a bit of a bite. Think this will be great with laying down for a few years. Really like it! Old world element. — 4 years ago
Fascinating and lovely. Light bodied, jasmine, apple, ocean cliffs, and a lingering finish that is all love. Give me more of this all day. — 5 years ago
Delicious juicy and rich red. A barbera I can get on board with! — 5 years ago
The 2018 Barbera is nice and fruity. Cascade Cliffs has an abundance of Barberas to choose from (never an over-abundance😂). Just did a Coravin tasting of every Barbera I own, and the 2018 Blood Red Barbera from Horse Heaven Hills topped my palette, followed by the 2016 Horse Heaven Hills Barberas. — 4 years ago
Great light bodied wine! Asparagus nose that yields a whole lot more on the palette. — 5 years ago

Take us to Corsica!!
We’re prepping for an upcoming class with this beauty, which comes from the southern tip of Corsica (the most southerly wine region of France 🇫🇷 ); an appellation called Corse Figari AOC.
The vineyards are farmed biodynamically (certified since 2006) and are situated on a plateau at the base of the Omu di Cagna mountain ⛰️, not far from dramatic Bonifacio cliffs rising up from the azure blue waters of the Mediterranean.
It’s made with Vermentinu (aka Rolle or Vermentino) by Clos Canarelli, devoted to producing high quality terroir-driven wines made with indigenous varieties.
This wine offers a bouquet of lemon and orange peel, white peach, crisp green apple, just-ripe pineapple, honeydew, citrus blossom, elderflower, crushed stone, arugula, and custard.
It is both vibrant and rich with a creamy mouthfeel and layered complexity. It’s absolutely delicious and we cannot wait to share it next month. — 2 years ago
