A favourite of mine. This English lager is smooth, with a subtle malt flavour that has the slightest hint of fruit. Brewed using Saaz and Cascade hops it is in its finally stages re-fremented with champagne yeast and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Revisiting Spotted Cow for the Labor Day weekend. Naturally cloudy, some yeast left in the brew for richness, and a slightly fruity flavor.
Employee owned, brewed and distributed only in Wisconsin. 4.8% abv.

Even though I do enjoy a nice Modelo during the heat, but it’s just not very strong or flavorful compared to a bourbon barrel aged beer — 2 years ago
