Pale light gold in colour. Aromas of Flor yeast, nutty, oxidative. Aspects of over ripe mouldy apple. Refreshing and salty, finishing bone dry. Trying to understand Manzanilla and Sherry in general. This is a fino Sherry made from the Palomino grape. The more I sipped this the more I liked it. 15%ABV. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think Manzanilla is best drunk when young and fresh. Incredible value at only $25 AUD for a half bottle. — 9 months ago
