This wine is a golden yellow in the glass. The nose shows minerals, apples, stone fruit, and salinity with a lanolin backbeat. The palate has those same traits, but leans a bit heavier into the salinity. The acidity is fresh, but not razor-sharp. It finishes medium long. Note : Brought back from holidays in the suitcase, this Portuguese white made me want to taste with its 4 local grape varieties. A cloudy, golden yellow robe with a butter and floral nose. In the mouth, the greed invades us with a fat texture and notes of apricots, pineapple. The final is perfect, accompanying a fish, it was a delicious discovery!

Ramené de vacances dans la valise, ce blanc portugais me faisait envie avec ses 4 cépages locaux. Une robe trouble, jaune dorée avec un nez de beurre et floral. En bouche, la gourmandise nous envahi avec une texture grasse et des notes d’abricots, ananas. Le final est parfait, accompagnant un poisson, c’était une délicieuse découverte !
