Quite easy on the system, very drinkable — a year ago
Great value. Bold and brooding, earthy spicy and leathery balanced by blackberry fruit. Full-bodied and chewy, with a nice acidity to stand up to meaty ragus — 4 years ago
2019 version. Lovely gavi, nice and mineral and not too fruity. Eminently quaffable. — 4 years ago

Dark yet fresh. Ripe black cherry, the typical dried thyme aroma, a touch of tomato leaf. Definitely on the fruitier side of Chianti yet still fresh and quite elegant. Maybe the savoury side will emerge with age.
On the palate this is impeccably balanced (and this with 14.5% alc!). Very finely polished tannins, fresh juicy acidity, and enough fruit & savoury edges to fill this frame.
This is a very, very nice Chianti Classico. The bottle empties scarily fast! — 2 years ago
Medium-deep ruby-garnet color.
Aromas of herbs, roasted veggies, peppercorn.
Dry. Flavors of roasted vegetables, roasted herbs, thyme, peppercorn, tobacco. Rich, chewy tannins.

Double Zero— a bit of spice, a bit of tobacco, is craving a lovely filet mignon to go with it, 11/23 — a year ago
14% menu says organic but don’t see it on bottle. Excellent! At Eataly rooftop for my birthday. — 4 years ago
