So delicious and gets better as the meal goes on. Easter brunch — 5 years ago
Delicate notes of strawberry and citrus with undercurrent of toasty minerality, Balanced acidity with tasty, crisp finish. Paired nicely with chicken thighs roasted with tarragon and onions. Bubbles fizzle out a bit more quickly than with other sparkling wines, but still tastes great with minimal bubbles. — 2 months ago
This is a nice “easy-to-drink” wine! Soft enough for almost any pallet yet pairs with so many things: burgers, red meat, cheese, fruit, or just sip! — 3 years ago
Tasted 2012 vintage. Pale yellow. Nice toasty, yeasty notes on the nose. Tasty layers of yeasty almond with citrus zest continuing into the long finish. Very nice, with a vibrant acidity balancing the mellow brioche flavors, but bubbles are not as persistent as they are with some sparkling wines. — 3 months ago
We are into the 10 year old wines this weekend. And as we are heading to Walla Walla, we thought to give this wine a try after it was been in my cellar for more than 10 years. And…. hmm, a bit disappointed. Had expected much more complexity, layers of flavored and endless finish. Nope. Nice wine though, smooth, balanced, great vibrancy but, yeah, still single note and I don’t think there is more to discover with aging. — 4 months ago
Mint and pear on the nose. Upfront there’s a really interesting impression of cotton candy or bubblegum. Then I get a mild apple cider vinegar and tart pear note. Finishes with a strong lemon oil linger. Aged pretty nicely, only a hint of ferment that I actually kind of linked! — 5 years ago

1 hour decant(decent chunky/fine sediment). A splendid still dark magenta color. On the nose: restrained nose of dark red stewed fruit, forest floor, vanilla oak, mushroom. Taste: silky, smooth wine with ripe dried blackberry, currants, worn leather, and a earthy/iron/coffee medium plus finish. Drink em if you got em. — a month ago
