@Ron R it was pretty solid early on in life as I recall (pre-delectable) so I think I just kept it too long. The downside of offsite storage.
I hate when I do that, @Norman Gennaro. But we now have a deep enough cellar to just keep it moving 👍🏾

A rounded delicious partner for neuvo-Filipino @Tabachoy. Sleek enough to play nicely with all the pork richness on the table. Hints of bread and white earth/flowers on the nose. Complete in every way. A great food wine. Nice thread of bubbles never harsh.
