Vintage 2000 / a Gem found in the cellar after removing some boxes, last bottle. In my memory this is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée. Beautiful ripe smell with tertiary tones, Forrest mushrooms. A hint of cassis. Silky taste. / Paired with tenderloin, flambé with cognac and a pepper creamsauce and a stew of five wintervegetables / Wine with a lot of memories from visits to Anjou vintners — 6 years ago
