Fantastic mouth feel, crisp with striking acidity. Definitely great all by itself on a hot day but. Dagueneau, Les Pentes, Pouilly Fumé 2018 has enough body and character to pair with citrus or tomatoes but can also cut through a cream sauce, cold or deep water fish or would pair nicely with broth and lemongrass or ginger — 4 years ago
