New Years eve with Marsh, Sam and Sarah — 6 years ago
Some funky reduction on the nose, waxy & floral blowing away to leave salt marsh. Relatively dense for a white wine. Saline minerality, citrus pith, prominent acidity. — a year ago
This wine has notes of a saline sea breeze on the nose. Crazy as it seems maybe even like a salt marsh. Maybe a little tart cherry there as well. Very pleasant and refreshing. This is a very pleasing, elegant style rose. Enjoyed on the back patio on a summer Sunday evening. — 3 years ago

Unreal nose. The chestnut barrels really doing their thing here. This also just reeks of terroir. Reeks. Unreal wet earth, mushrooms, marsh, spices galore and damson roses. Unreal cherry clarity. Just stunning out of the gates. Palate is ultra juicy and clean, silky and smooth right out of the gates which is highly unusual for this Cru as it needs hours, often days of air. A wine that tastes and smells like Autumn. So fresh, energetic but also has the plumpness of 18. Can’t wait to see where this goes. — 12 days ago
