Sleeper! Can’t recall what I paid for this, but it was stunning: immediately showed gorgeous notes of all manner of red fruit & cassis, strong vein of minerality along with sweet schisty soil, loam, clay, spice, white pepper a ton of other notes. Reminded of CDP and Gigondas. Such purity, beautiful old vine material handled well - oak accented/enhanced - all polish & a fine cut. Captivating complexity as it unwound over the course of a couple of hours. Dead sexy — 4 months ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Torres family has been related to wine since 17th century when their ancestors first planted vines in the Penedès, a winegrowing region dating to the days of the Phoenicians. Deep Ruby with aromas of jammy fruit, pepper and toasty cedar. On the palate this blend of Cariñena, Garnacha and Syrah shows black currant, jammy blackberry and pepper, vivid acidity with fine grainy tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice, oak and earthy character. Nice. — 17 hours ago
