Always excellent. Fun to try a vineyard we haven’t had and a later vintage. Very classic. — 3 months ago
Pleasant. Exactly what i want today. — 3 years ago
Wow. Some fruit but it has ripened into an elegant and refined Pinot. Notes of earth mixing with ripened red fruit. — a month ago
The “King of Chardonnay” Mike Grgich farms w/o pesticides and certified organic. Aged 10 months, no MLF. Medium lemon color with aromas of ripe stone & citrus fruits. On the palate flavors of apple, apricot & citrus flavors, with honeysuckle & toasty oak notes. Good balance with acidity on medium+ finish ending with mineral notes. Not your typical CA Chard! — 5 months ago
Pale yellow with pleasing aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, adding in spice and some biscuit notes. On the palate complex palate of flavors, fresh fruit, pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, peaches and Asian pears. Slight earthiness with a smooth and creamy well balanced finish ending with a gentle yeasty character. Very nice! Consistent quality! Will age well! — 2 months ago
Perfect balance of little tannins, not too sweet or fruity. — 4 months ago
Drier than expected. Not a ton of tannin, but otherwise good — 7 months ago

Tyler Florence recently relocated the Wayfare Tavern in SF so we decided to try it. Tried several of the reds they were offering, which were frankly very Meh so I went with this Merry Edwards , which is always reliable. Food was amazing as always. — 25 days ago
