クレマン○◯という物の中で、そもそもクレマンドブルゴーニュが好み。シャンパンじゃなくていいよね、思わせる仕立て。
アッサンブラージュの比率は不明だが、コクがありブランドノワール味を感じさせ、ピノ主体であると思われる。ブルゴーニュだけにアリゴテも入っておりそちらから来るコクも程よくマッチしており、2000円台の泡とは思えない仕立て。好き。 — 4 years ago
